Favourable location close to Dragon. The hotel close enough to a stadium and coffee house. Savoury continental breakfast with proper bread, eggs and bacon and also yoghurts, welcoming personnel.

Cleanliness and value for money
I invited one person on November 8-10 to Valencia. When I checked in, I told the receptionist that he was my guest and that the expenses were to be paid by giving my credit card. It is very rude and I emphasize, professionalism (taking into account that this is a 4 star hotel) to say the price of the room in front of my guest (it had been reserved by me and to the same card with which the stay was going to be paid, so I already knew the price of the room) that with a little "professionalism" and if I wanted him to confirm the price of the stay, it would have been enough to show me the amount alone and not say it out loud. Not only that, when I told the receptionist in a nice way that it was not necessary, she started to show a superb attitude with answers that were too much. With this they lose clients and recommendations when looking for a hotel in Valencia. . A cordial greeting. Juan Ramon

In general everything was fine, as usual, but I didn't like that I had to pay for a 25cl bottle of water that I took from the minibar and that I didn't even finish because the one from the tap is undrinkable and I needed to take some medicine. Most hotels in that category don't charge you for a bottle of water, which costs less than 0.30 euros. I was honored to tell them that I had opened the bottle and since they had already billed me for it, they gave me another bill for only 1.50 euros. It was worth more paper and trouble than anything else. IT'S PATHETIC THAT THEY CHARGE FOR A LITTLE BOTTLE OF WATER, IT'S BETTER THAT THEY CHARGE YOU 1-2 EUROS MORE FROM THE ROOM AND GIVE YOU THE WATER. Next time I will choose other hotels in Valencia that don't do this.
Have them pay 1.50 euros for a 0.25cl bottle of water from the minibar and make a bill only for the bottle of water. A hotel of that category and that price should not do this. I WILL NOT RETURN

Soundproof rooms with a very big terrace, a massive bathroom, for instance, always pleasant and incredible staff. Well presented food including pastries, fruit, eggs and meats at the breakfast.

Good location - a few blocks from metro line - From airport take Green line 5 to Aragon - close to a few neighborhood restaurants - the room was big but the beds were not very comfortable - good pillows - if want fresh seafood & paella go to Bar Bollo - really good

The hotel offered great relaxation options like a soothing massage service and a lovely spa. One small hiccup was that it got a bit noisy at times, but that didn't ruin our overall positive experience 😊

The hotel is equal distance from the beach, the centre of the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences. We hired bikes from the hotel and found that we could see a lot of the city this way as there are many cycle paths nearby and also the Turia park which runs around 2/3 of the centre is only a couple of blocks away. The hotel itself is modern, clean and functional, we found the staff to be friendly and they all spoke good English. We would stay here again.

As an installation it is a luxury, attention of the staff, lousy, taking away two people, was lousy, they didn't solve anything I needed and always with a bad face, I asked them for things and they never gave them to me, I had to keep in the mini bar all the meat for dinner, Knowing that I could get sick and let me find the life, no matter what, anything we always asked with a bad face and bad mood, gave us even ask for things, money we paid for the room in which we were less than 24 hours and so we had to pay 5 euros more to stay 2 hours. time of entry to the hotel is at 2 pm and they force you to leave at 12 and if you want two hours more you have to pay. room was comfortable, clean and very nice, everything else is subtracted from the total.

The spacious room offered a comfortable stay, complete with a well-equipped bathroom and the convenience of a minibar. The hotel's modern decor created a chic ambiance, and the cleanliness was commendable. Although located a bit farther from the beach and old town, the area felt safe at night. The accessibility to public transport made it easy to explore local attractions. Enjoyed the delicious homemade cakes during breakfast, though service in the busy restaurant could be slow.
